In celebration of the 20th National Hospice Palliative Care Week, the Canadian Hospice Palliative Care Association (CHPCA) is thrilled to co-host a fireside chat with Advance Care Planning Canada (Speak up).
We’ll be joined by Yvonne Heath (Founder of Love Your Life to Death and the #IJustShowedUp movement) and Robert Hawke (Speaker, Author and Comedian). Yvonne and Robert will provide a fresh perspective on grief and a light comedy that will debunk some of the myths around hospice palliative care.
This fireside chat is facilitated by Laurel Gillespie, Director of Advance Care Planning in Canada. Laurel is going to share with us the latest updates and the new releases from the Advance Care Planning initiative.
