SUMMARY:Webinar: Adapting the Serious Illness Conversation Guide for Pediatrics and Polypharmacy
DESCRIPTION:Hosted by: Ariadne Labs \nMany members of the Community of Practice have expressed interest in adapting the Serious Illness Conversation Guide to better serve their specific patient population or practice setting. This month\, we welcome Drs. Dr. Weir will discuss her adaptation of the Guide to determine use of multiple medicines in patients. This webinar will have recorded presentations from both speakers but feature a live Question and Answer session. \nOpen to members of the Community of Practice. \nRegister here.
