SUMMARY:Webinar: Guide Training Adaptations for Remote & Hybrid Work
DESCRIPTION:Event hosted by: Ariadne Labs \nJoin us to learn about three different models for adapting the Serious Illness Care Conversation Guide Training to meet the needs of remote and hybrid work environments.  As remote and hybrid work became more prevalent over the last year\, systems implementing the Serious Illness Care Program rapidly transitioned the in-person training\, consisting of didactic and skills practice sessions\, to fully- or partially-virtual modes of delivery.  In this webinar\, we will hear from Drs. Rachelle Bernacki\, Trish Ford\, and Seiko Izumi about each of their adaptations to the training\, and the pros and cons to each.  Additionally\, we’ll learn tips about how to plan your own virtual training from SICP CoP Ambassador\, Danielle Miltz\, with input from fellow Ambassadors\, Emma Penti\, Nancy Joyner\, and Lynn Aiksnoras. \nWe look forward to hearing your adaptations\, learnings\, and questions. \nTo register for this event click here
