DESCRIPTION:Hosted by Center to Advance Palliative Care (CAPC). \nThis Virtual Office Hour is free and open to all\, but space is limited. Sessions will be added on an ongoing basis. \nThis session will provide an opportunity for the palliative care community to discuss how to navigate communication challenges presented at this time due to COVID-19. Ask questions and discuss how to talk about some difficult topics. Questions during this session may include: \n\nWhat are some best practices with regard to anticipating needs and concerns when we do not have all of the answers at this time?\nHow do I respond in situations when emotions are running high?\nWhat advice and guidance are there for responding to concerns related to having limited resources?\n\nFor more information on presenters and to register click here.  \n  \nVirtual Office Hours are small-group consulting calls with leading subject matter experts. Experienced faculty will answer your questions on a wide variety of challenging topics. Stay for the whole hour\, or hop on\, hop off. \nCOVID-19 Virtual Office Hours are open to all.
