Project Manager, Strategic Initiatives

Tina Lowery is the project manager for the Strategic Initiatives portfolio at BCCPC. She has built a career on the foundational principles of co-creation and collaboration and uses Appreciative Inquiry and Asset Based methods to support and lead innovative programs and projects.  As a silo disrupter and a boundary spanner she is experienced and skilled at linking an organization’s internal networks with external stakeholders

Tina has a Master’s Degree from the University of Victoria’s School of Public Administration in Community Development with a research focus on cross sector collaboration. In her spare time, she is an active community volunteer.
